Answer:-New regulations on air and gasoline emission standards are worth 100 billion yuans for the next three years to tackle Beijing's problems.

However officials and businessmen have tried to go round and steer clear of Central government's environment problem and policy.
Hence China government must reform its system to stop corruption and comply with justice now.
