------A careful thought about some pollution problems over a long period  of time is that we have decided  on reflection to accept Premier's offer after an all-cooperate if we want success.

I want to write an article of 400 to 500 words on the topic of  'air pollution in chin the kids aren't alright', in my article includes:
How does pollution affect the children in china?
What are the health problems arise to the young and elderly?
What can be done to improve the pollution in China?
My reflection
There are certain reasons why air pollution affects the health of children in China, because their lungs are still in the developing stage,but not strong enough to fight against infection yet. Also their daily activities are mainly outdoors, as the result, they have breathing in more polluted air and to contract lung related diseases easily.
The elderly are vulnerable to air pollution and can't stand its harmful effects such as heart attack,strike, chronics, asthma, and diabetes etc.which need various medical treatments.
The goverment should layout and enforce new regulations on clean air quality and gasoline emission standards. And that'll cost 100 billion yuans for the next three years to tackle Beijing's . The Premier has vowed to clean up the environment and even asked the public to hold him accountable! However officials and businessmen have tried to go round and steer away from Central government's environmental policy.Hence Government should take neccesary actions so as to settle the air pollution problem.
In fact, China is a big continent and is quite densely populated, hence, it is rather difficult to control pollution problems  such as air and other pollutions, because of the rapidly development of business and industry sectors, especially the industrial pollutions.

It is serious that air pollution affects many people in China, especially children. There are some reasons why air pollution affects them. They are developing in their lungs stage and they are not strong enough to fight infection. Also the behaviour attitudes of them are spending more time outdoor, breathing deeper in consumption and exhaustion.
The elderly are vulnerable to air pollution and they can't compensate for the damaged harmful effects. It means that heart attack, strike, chronics, asthma or even diabetes will appear which need various medical treatment.

The most effective way to deal with this problem is to educate people to buy useful things so as to reduce the amount of wastes. In addition, they ought to use permanent apparatuses instead of the disposable.
Of course, they have to be cooperative if the authority want to carry it out successfully. Let's try our best to save our lovely and wonderful Earth. If we want to have a better Earth, we need to cooperate together.

診斷方法
　 子宮頸癌篩檢：子宮頸上皮細胞癌是一種很適合篩檢的疾病。因為她的癌症前期階段相當長，可以有充分時間篩檢。台灣是子宮頸癌好發國家，有性行為的婦女，無論有無危險因子均應每年接受抹片檢查；如有危險因子可加作人類乳突病毒檢測。當抹片異常或人類乳突病毒陽性者均需施行陰道鏡檢查，如發現異常即需進一步切片檢查。
　輕度子宮頸上皮內腫瘤的處理（CIN1）：此類病患有恢復正常的機會，可不進一步處理。頭一年追蹤檢查當中，有50~60%會恢復正常；有30~40%維持原狀，而10~20%會惡化。當惡化時就需進一步治療。
　 中度子宮頸上皮內腫瘤的處理（CIN2）：可以做局部治療，包括鐳射氣化治療、電圈部分切除治療（Leep）和子宮頸錐狀切除（Conization） 。重度子宮頸上皮內腫瘤的處理（包含子宮頸原位癌）（CIN3）：一般可施行治療性的子宮頸錐形切除術。若錐形切片邊緣仍殘留病灶，加施行子宮頸錐形切除或追蹤。如生育已完成的婦女，下列情形可考慮施行全子宮切除。包括：微侵犯性子宮頸癌（Microinvasive Stage Ia1）、錐形切片邊緣仍殘留病灶，無法長期追蹤的病人、或合併其他婦科疾病需作全子宮切除的病人。
