Naus在休斯頓大學教臨床心理學 她是超過200名男女參與生平第一次造訪南極活動中的成員之一 他們的領悟不論是來自抵達之前或抵達以後 多少都是精神面的 他們都轉化了 "南極對我而言是一個特殊事件別具意義 因為上個月是我滿60歲生日 而這是我的第七大洲 我覺得我好像已經完成了我的目標" Naus 帶著笑容說 對於真正的旅行者來說 接觸到全部七大洲就是達到了一種個人的巔峰
南極旅行並不如以前那麼艱苦 但也不是很平順 如同這裡的其他人一樣 Naus搭機飛到Tierra del Fuego(火地島)去會合一艘挪威籍海洋輪 她航行了超過40小時衡渡了一個世界上最險惡的水域 而目前 她正在奮鬥征服一個叫做Jugular Point的地方的充滿沙礫的海灘 是位於世界最南端的大洲的最北頂點

There are some reasons why air pollution affects children in China. They are not strong enough to fight infection. Also they spend more time outdoor, breathing deeper in consumption and exhaustion.
The elderly are vulnerable to air pollution. They cannot compensate for the damaged harmful effects so they need various medical treatment.
The government should layout and enforce new regulations on clean air quality and gasoline emission standards. However, officials and businessmen have tried to steer clear of Central government's policy. Hence, China government must reform its system.
In fact, as the rapidly development of business environment especially the rapidly growth of industrial production, it is difficult to avoid air pollution.
The most effective way to deal with this problem is to educate people to buy useful things so as to reduce the amount of wastes.
Of course, they have to be cooperative if the authority want to carry it out successfully.

其實你應該是算錯字數了, 你這篇文章不到500個單字. 1400應該是字元數,比如說
pollution 有9個字元, 但是只算一個字. 如果你要的是500字元數, 以下改好的剛好500字元(不含空白):

It is serious that air pollution affects many people in China, especially children. There are some reasons why air pollution affects them. They are developing in their lungs stage and they are not strong enough to fight infection. Also the behaviour attitudes of them are spending more time outdoor, breathing deeper in consumption and exhaustion.
The elderly are vulnerable to air pollution and they can't compensate for the damaged harmful effects. It means that heart attack, strike, chronics, asthma or even diabetes will appear which need various medical treatment.
The goverment should layout and enforce new regulations on clean air quality and gasoline emission standards. They are worth 100 billion yuans for the next three years to tackle Beijing's problems. China's Premier has vowed to clean up the environment and even asked the public to hold him accountable! However, officials and businessmen have tried to go round and steer clear of Central government's environment policy. Hence, China government must reform its system to stop corruption and comply with justice now.
In fact, China is a big place and it is quite densely populated. Hence, it is rather difficult to avoid pollutions such as air and rubbish pollution since the rapidly development of business environment especially the rapidly growth of industrial production.
The most effective way to deal with this problem is to educate people to buy useful things so as to reduce the amount of wastes. In addition, they ought to use permanent apparatuses instead of the disposable.
