If you are trying to get Signboard Girl in your dictionary, you can do this by spending over 15 minutes on any stage. The easiest one to do this is Nagasaki, the first stage in every chapter. To burn up the time, you can simply let the three Doggies knock your base's health down to 30000/69000, then fire the cat cannon. The enemy will deploy Signboard Girl after that.
